The 2024 PLAYBABE calendar explores what it means to exist as fem in the workplace; navigating gender discrimination, pay gaps, sexual misconduct and invisible labor. Each image plays with the codes of professional life, from burnout to power positions, to reclaim space and visibility for those too often sidelined. Entirely built with the PLAYBABE community, the project brought together a cast of diverse fems*, each bringing their vision of work, ambition, exhaustion, and joy. This edition raised and donated 2290€ to Fair Share of Women Leaders, a Berlin-based organization fighting for gender equity and feminist leadership with a focus on the non-prof.it sector.
